Shipping policy

All products will be shipped from The Netherlands with PostNL within 1-3 days after receiving the order. The estimated shipping time depends on your location: Europe: 2-5 days, US & CA: 4-8 days, Rest of the world: 5-12 days

We offer two different shipping methods: Standard (non-tracked) and Tracked. If you choose Tracked you will receive an email with the tracking information of your order. 

We are in not responsible for lost orders purchased without tracking, but If you haven't received the order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will try to find a solution with you.
