All orders will be packed and shipped from The Netherlands within 2 days after your purchase.

Returns
If you're not satisfied with the product(s), please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. Please note that in order to accept the returned products, they need to be unused and in their original state without any damage.

Shipping
During checkout you can select two shipping options:

- Standard: normal shipping without tracking

- Tracking: normal shipping with tracking

We are not responsible for any lost orders which were purchased without tracking.
